The Khaje’ Hammam is the only historical bathhouse in the village of Fahraj, and its architectural structure and materials used suggest that it is over 400 years old. Although the building is a small bathhouse, it contains all the essential components of a traditional hammam. The bathhouse includes a labyrinthine corridor, a changing room (sarbina), a warm room (garmineh) with a raised platform (shah-neshin), a small pool (huzcheh), a hot water tank (khazineh), a boiler (deg), a furnace (ton), and smoke ducts used for underfloor heating, all of which are still intact and visible today. In the past, women would use a separate path called the “Koocheh Mohram-Ro” (Path of the Muharram) to access the hammam.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
