Zaeem Rahimabadi, Head of the Central District of Yazd, on Wednesday afternoon, June 27, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>During this field visit, the important development and cultural projects of this village were evaluated and the strong role of the people in the sustainable development of villages was emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>In a conversation with local officials, Mir Behboudi called Fahraj &#8220;a historical jewel of the desert with traditional architecture and a rich culture on the path to development&#8221; and said:<br \/>\n&#8220;Rural development will be successful when it is accompanied by the presence, empathy, and real participation of the people. The council and the village head must pave the way for this participation so that the work can be completed in the best possible way.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Projects visited;<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Road leading to the historical complex of Fahraj Martyrs<\/p>\n<p>An important communication route, one kilometer long and 20 meters wide, that facilitates people&#8217;s access to the monument of Fahraj Martyrs and the shrine of Huwayt Ibn Hani (nephew of Amir al-Mu&#8217;minin Ali, peace be upon him).<\/p>\n<p>The Director General of Rural Affairs emphasized the principled management of runoff and rainfall on this route so that people do not encounter any problems in their movement.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Hazrat Mohsen (AS) Comprehensive Health Service Center<\/p>\n<p>This project was started in 2017 with the efforts of the esteemed benefactor, Haj Ramadan Hosseini Fahrji, and is now more than 95% physically advanced.<br \/>\nWith a cost of over 100 billion rials from the esteemed benefactor and 3 billion tomans from the Health Department, this center will be opened in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>During this visit, the Director General of Rural Affairs appreciated the esteemed benefactor and emphasized the completion of the landscaping and entrance of this center.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39Fahraj Public Library<\/p>\n<p>An active and opening library that, with the participation of the people, the council, and the village head, has so far attracted several thousand volumes of books and cultural equipment.<br \/>\nIn contact with some officials, the Director General of Rural Affairs emphasized the rapid equipping and launch of this cultural center and considered this library a valuable step towards promoting the culture of reading in the village.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Meeting with tourism activists and emphasis on preserving the historical texture of the village<\/p>\n<p>At the end of this visit, a meeting was held with the presence of members of the Islamic Council and the village head of Fahraj and a group of activists in the field of tourism and cultural heritage.<br \/>\nReferring to the tourism capacities of Fahraj, Mr. Mir Behboudi called for accelerating projects with the participation of the people and said:<br \/>\n&#8220;To achieve success, we must provide the basis for people to enter such projects.
