The first Fahraj Women’s Cooking Festival was held in November 2024 with the aim of introducing the traditional flavors and dishes of Fahraj, hosted by the women of the village. This festival, centered around the women of the village and featuring over 10 types of local food and products, was warmly welcomed by many visitors from surrounding cities.
The second event took place on Yalda Night and was met with great enthusiasm from the people.
The purpose of these events is to spontaneously introduce and showcase the tourism potential of the village, with the collaboration of Kodkha Eco-lodge in Fahraj village.
It is worth mentioning that the subsequent Fahraj Women’s Cooking Festivals continued during Nowruz 2025, further boosting tourism, especially food tourism, in the region.
